Today we celebrated the start of Cache Meadows Senior Living in Hyde Park—a new 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation community designed to bring expanded care and services closer to home for Cache Valley families.

Great progress happening at Northbridge Building 5 in Jerome, Idaho!

This 94,515-SF tilt-up project is quickly taking shape and will soon become the future home of Amazon. It's exciting to see the scale of this building come together and another major industrial project moving forward in Southern Idaho.

In Case You Missed It! 🎉🏗️

We recently had the opportunity to celebrate the grand opening and ribbon cutting of Switchpoint Red Hills in St. George, Utah!

Located near Red Hills Parkway and 1000 East, this transformative project redeveloped a former hotel into a community offering 110 deeply affordable, supportive homes for individuals and families in need.

Bonneville Builders was proud to be part of the renovation of two 2–3 story buildings, along with the addition of dedicated parking areas, helping create a safe and stable place for residents to call home.

Congratulations to everyone who helped make Switchpoint Red Hills a reality! 🎉

One of the best parts of this job is driving past a project and seeing how much has changed since the last visit.

That's exactly how it feels watching aQui 560 continue to rise in downtown Salt Lake City. Every milestone is a reflection of the dedication, craftsmanship and teamwork happening on site each day.

We're proud to be building this new community alongside dbUrban, Legacy Partners, Resolut and WOW Atelier, and we're grateful to every trade partner helping bring the vision to life. Looking forward to sharing more progress as this one continues to take shape.

Creating spaces that support families is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.

The Intermountain Health Child Development Center was designed to provide high-quality childcare and early learning opportunities for Intermountain Health employees and families throughout Southern Utah. Featuring dedicated classrooms, three outdoor play areas, a full kitchen, and staff support spaces, the center was thoughtfully built to create a safe, engaging environment where children can learn, play, and grow.
