SAME WALLS. COMPLETELY DIFFERENT STORY.

Small kitchen, a closed-off sunroom, zero pantry space. The house worked, just not for the way this family actually lived. So we changed that.
The sunroom got absorbed into the main living space, opening everything up. The kitchen finally had room to breathe: sage green cabinets, marble waterfall island, that geometric statement tile behind the range, warm oak column where a wall used to be.
