A customer contacted us to report shingle loss and multiple leaks; our inspection revealed that the original roof installation was entirely inadequate. We performed a complete tear-off, installing two rows of ice and water shield underlayment to address the low-pitched roof. A customer contacted us regarding shingle loss and a leak on their roof, which was beyond its lifespan and featured a double layer with inadequate underlayment. We performed a complete teardown to the plywood, then added ice and water shield and synthetic underlayment where necessary. The entire house received new Timberline GAF Pewter Gray shingles, along with new flashings. As a special offer, we are providing an end-of-season discount. We addressed a concern about shingles being blown off a roof and during our assessment, we observed that the shingles were not nailed in line with the manufacturer's recommendations, impacting the entire front half. We removed the existing roof down to the plywood, installed new ice and water shield at the eaves and valleys, and applied synthetic underlayment to the remaining area.
