This Fireplace addition started from cardboard cut outs! The message on the T V screen was not planned but everything else was to the smallest detail!

We are really proud of this Fireplace Makeover done with Thompson's Hearth and Home - Issaquah that is almost impossible to detect. Clients needed a new fireplace but not a new look. Picture 1 is the after. Picture 2 is during construction and Picture 3 is what we started with!
We went to great lengths to make it look like we were never there!

Some things just get better with age with the proper design and vision in place! The backyard 20 years ago when we started the makeover used to be mostly lawn!
Every year it gets even more beautiful.

It is a guiding principal in our work that an addition should always connect to the home to look like it was always there. This paver driveway and walkway we just completed is a testimony to doing things the Wright Way!

We believe so passionately about doing our work the "Wright Way" that all our vacation s involve going to buildings designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. These are some of the places we just toured in Chicago!
We are also currently involved in the renovation of the 2 homes he designed in the greater Seattle area.

"An addition should never look like an addition" This is one our strongest design philosophies!
At the Prineas project when we took on the project, the swimming pool, pool coping,and tall retaining walls were already installed. We added the small walls,fire pit and walkways. The firepit glass was chosen to match the pool color!
Grateful to be able to do what we do!
