Meet Santos Rodriguez!

Santos has been with us for a year and brings strong experience in both irrigation and turf projects. Originally from Midland, Texas, he now calls Abilene home and has quickly become a solid part of the team.

He enjoys working on irrigation projects, but turf holds a special place for him too — especially because, as he puts it, “the turf guys are hilarious.” Around here, we work hard, but we keep it fun.

When he’s not on the job, Santos enjoys keeping things simple — spending time with his son, grabbing pizza or Italian food, and staying fueled with Monster and water.

We’re grateful to have Santos on the team and appreciate the work ethic and personality he brings every day.

Meet Mike!

Mike has been with the company for seven years this April. He grew up in Rotan, Texas and calls San Angelo home. With years of hands-on experience, Mike especially enjoys working on large commercial irrigation and landscape projects because of the challenge they bring and the opportunity to see big transformations come together.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time at home, BBQing, and staying connected with his church family and friends. His faith is an important part of his life — he openly shares that he loves Jesus. When it comes to food, you can’t go wrong putting a good burger in front of him.

We’re grateful for Mike’s dedication, experience, and the steady leadership he brings to the team.

Meet Carson Ellison!

Carson is a Sales Representative and has been consistently part of the team over the past four months. He grew up in Miles, Texas, and now lives in San Angelo. With a background of spending his summers installing just about everything, he brings hands-on knowledge and real field experience to every project he’s part of.

When it comes to favorite projects, turf stands out for Carson. He enjoys it because while it may seem straightforward, it requires careful planning and attention to detail to get it done right.

Outside of work, Carson enjoys cooking, spending time with his fiancée, and getting some well-earned rest. His favorite go-to meal is Chipotle, and if you ask what he appreciates most about the team, he’ll tell you it feels like family — everyone is close and works well together.

Carson lives by the motto “Money never sleeps” and stays motivated by his goal of setting his family up for the future and one day putting his kids through college. Influenced most by his dad, he brings drive and determination to everything he does.

We’re glad to have Carson on the team and look forward to watching him continue to grow.
