🔥WARNING TO ALL ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS
🔥Adam and I just found out that Elon Musk has a case right now in the 5th Circuit Court because he is saying the NLRB (National Labor Relations Board) is a SHAM Governmental Body which is exactly what we are claiming as well as the CIR (Council of Industrial Relations located in Washington). They are in COLLUSION with the IBEW UNION and apparently ELON MUSK is saying the exact same thing about the NLRB and we included the CIR.
Even though the IBEW UNION LIES to Contractors and tells them they can LEAVE the UNION at the end of the Contractors contract, when they do want to LEAVE the UNION then COLLUDES with the NLRB & the CIR to FORCE a NEW ILLEGAL CONTRACT on Contractors keeping them in a preverbal hamster wheel so they can NEVER LEAVE THE UNION. If the Contractor tries to leave (which they legally can) the UNION sues the contractor in FEDERAL COURT into oblivion hoping the financially BREAK THEM and FORCING them to SIGN an ILLEGAL CONTRACT by COLLUDING with the CIR who is more than happy to side with the UNION. We have PROOF the IBEW UNION LIED to the CIR who then took our case and the CIR WAS ILLEGALLY CONSTITUTED.
The CIR LITERALLY tried to FORCE us to SIGN a new contract that FORCES us to pay our employees OVER $7.50 an hour MORE PER EMPLOYEE compared to ANY OTHER UNION Contractor in San Angelo, Texas which means we would never actually WIN a bid for work because of that fact.
Also NOTE…BEFORE the ILLEGAL CONTRACT was FORCED upon us we had already OFFERED to PAY our employees MORE than the NEW Contract the UNION CONTRACTORS in San Angelo, Texas signed & agreed to pay their employees and the IBEW UNION REFUSED OUR OFFER. They know they are BREAKING their own contract by not being able to provide us EMPLOYEES so they are doing this because they are trying to use the CIR to FORCE us to pay AUSTIN, Texas PAY SCALE so they can then send Austin Union Employees so they won’t break their own contract as they have done since the day we signed. They LIED about EVERYTHING & BROKE THE CONTRACT.
We have NOT broke the CONTRACT EVER nor do we have ANY NLRB cases against us because we walked a chalk line. On the other hand we filed NLRB cases AGAINST the IBEW UNION and we were told by the NLRB that it should be heard within the next 90 days. We have already waited an ENTIRE YEAR because of the insanity that was going on between the NLRB & President Trump.
They CIR tried to FORCE an ILLEGAL CONTRACT on us and we REFUSED TO SIGN IT so the IBEW UNION SUED US and we Countersued them for MANY infractions.
In three years when the other Contractor’s Contracts come up they will USE OUR COMPANY as “Precedence” to FORCE them to pay the MASSIVE INCREASE in employees pay, what we were FORCED by the CIR and THEN if they REFUSE, the UNION will do the same exact thing to the other Electric Companies they are doing to us currently. If they REFUSE like we did, then the IBEW UNION will then turn around and use the same process with the NLRB & CIR to FORCE a new contract and when they REFUSE to sign it they will also be SUED INTO OBLIVION.
THEY USE MAFIA TACTICS and also the FEDERAL COURT SYSTEM to get their way because they know most small companies can’t afford it and usually break under the strain of pressure and financial destruction.
WE REFUSE TO BREAK. WE REFUSE TO ALLOW THEM TO USE OUR COMPANY AS A SCAPEGOAT SO THE IBEW UNION CAN PERSUE THEIR ILLEGAL POLITICAL AGENDA.
It’s happening all over the nation RIGHT NOW to MANY CONTRACTORS. It got WORSE under the BIDEN ADMINISTRATION.
We are mailing a 3 page letter to President Trump this week.
To DATE our LEGAL FEES are already around $125,000.00 and we aren’t even halfway finished. If you want to know why we are under STRESS now you know. OUR PLATE DAILY IS FULL. We have been dealing with this for 3 LONG YEARS.
This IS a David vs Goliath battle. We are NOT Billionaires like Elon Musk. By all means share this post because companies need to be WARNED.

UPDATE: Can you say DATA CENTER in San Angelo, Texas? Which we also happen to OPPOSE. 🤔🤔🤔 THE DIRTY POLITICS CONTINUES and the “GOOD ‘OLE BOYS” ARE ALIVE AND WELL with evil people who are more than happy to do their bidding.
