Prices, starting at $50, are based on yard size and condition with free estimates provided. If your yard falls on the boundary of two pricing tiers, it'll be placed in the higher tier. Yard measurements are done using Google Earth and other applications, but may sometimes require an onsite inspection.
Standard Pricing For Lawn Cuts:
• Small Yard (up to 1,500 sq ft):
$50
• Medium Yard (1,501 - 5,000 sq
ft): $55 - $90
• Large Yard (over 5,000 sq ft):
Starting at $95 and up.
**Overgrown lawns: 6 inches or taller, will incur additional costs, due to the increased time, labor, and possible added offsite disposal:
• 6”-12” in height: +25% of
standard cut cost
• 13”-24” in height: +100% of
standard cut cost
• Over 24": Assessed on a case-
by-case basis for serviceability.
Example(s) of Pricing for Overgrown Lawns:
If your lawn is between 6"-12" in height and the standard rate for your lawn size is $50, then the cost to mow it will be $63 rounded to the nearest whole dollar. ($50 plus an additional 25% or 12.50).
If your lawn is between 12"-24" in height and the standard rate for your lawn size is $50, then the cost to mow it will be $100 ($50 plus an additional 100% or $50).
For lawns with grass taller than 24", I'll need to evaluate the situation individually to determine if it can be serviced, and if so, what the cost will be.
**If your lawn is overgrown and this wasn't discussed initially, I'll inform you about the extra cost and get your approval before starting.**
I formulate my estimate taking into account my $60/hr rate and your yard size, slopes (if any), obstacles, and amount of edging/trimming required. The above figures are ballpark guidelines. I will be as exact as possible when providing a quote, but my rate may be subject to adjustment in the future after an initial lawn service.

Leaf and Yard Cleanups:
Call/Text now to schedule an appointment. While it's challenging to provide an exact estimate over the phone, I can offer a preliminary estimate based on my past cleanups. I charge on a project-completion basis. I provide a detailed quote during your yard walk-through appointment to ensure accuracy and transparency.

While I may not have the lowest prices in town, the value I bring is rooted in my meticulous and detail-oriented approach. With extensive experience in handling diverse lawn scenarios, I am well-equipped to handle all types of lawns, ranging from situations involving HOA/City Violations to regular lawn maintenance.
Generally, I complete requests within 1 - 7 days, subject to availability/demand.
