Customer stated intermittent power loss on several receptacles. Pulled the plate off and discovered this as soon as I plugged my tester in.

This is the hazard a loose connection can cause. If it continued to arc, it would have started melting the receptacle and eventually ignited if the breaker did not trip in time.

This was a two part project.
The first portion was installing a TV receptacle directly above an existing receptacle.

The second portion was a little more tricky. For some reason the designers of the electrical system/house put the living room switches right in the middle of the wall.
I moved them as close to the staircase as possible.
