Offset fl**ges are not allowed by code because it narrows the closet fl**ge waste opening. Plus not installed properly, because the toilet bowl was not able to level causing it to rock side to side. I repaired and reset the fl**ge properly, leveled and reset the toilet. No more rocking or back pressure issues because of the offset fl**ge.
