Words can’t express how saddened we are to hear of your loss, on Christmas morning December 25, 2020. Joe Montez went to be with the Lord. Joe Montez started with L.M. Security when we opened back in 2007 and has been a part of our family ever since. He was a dear friend and will be missed by all of us. We pray for his family and wish them peace and strength during this difficult time.

My level 3 re-certification class went well last Sunday. I encourage all armed security officer to not to depend on your recertification to have an excuse to shot and practice. Shooting is a skill and to maintain that skill you have to go out to the range and practice.  God bless and stay safe.

Our mask came in! L.M. Security strives to be healthy while we are working. With a little research, L.M. Security was able to order and provide active employees with masks. More orders to come for other employees on stand by. We are staying healthy during this pandemic the best we can. Thank you to all my employees for the great job during the pandemic. We will get through this pandemic in no time.

I want to take the time and say a few words to recognize my employees. I want to let them and their families know how grateful I am to have such dedicated, responsible, professional group of ladies and gentlemen working for LM Security. They all are working during this time that we are fighting an invisible enemy, the Coronavirus. Their dedication to meet our clients goals and our goals does not stop not even for this deadly virus. Anyone of them could of chosen not to go to work. Instead they continue to meet our goals. LM Security strives to protect ourselves against this virus as we work though this pandemic. We are thankful most of our clients help provide safety Masks, disinfectant wipes, and hand sanitizer. The health of my employees is crucial. I have observed these officers work as a team to look after each other. This shows me a higher level of professionalism from a security officer. I am a true believer that the employee are important to a business. If it was not for my dedicated employees I would not be in business now. Thank you for being there when I need you all. You have no idea how proud I am to have you in my team. I have posted some pictures of most of my employees to be recognized. I apologize if I missed some of you all, I thank you all for what you do!
