👷 Team Member Thursday! 👷

This week we want to recognize Daniel and the growth he has shown within SIETE Land and Concrete LLC over the last year. 💪

Daniel started with the company assisting with office and administrative duties, and since then has stepped into a very important role in the field. His willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new responsibilities has not gone unnoticed.

From driving company trucks and hauling heavy equipment trailers, to assisting with labor duties when needed, Daniel continues learning every aspect of field operations and helping wherever the team needs him. He is also continuing to develop his skills by learning how to operate heavy equipment, expanding his knowledge and experience in the field even further.

At SIETE Land and Concrete LLC, we value team members who are willing to move in the direction the company needs and continue developing their skills. That kind of attitude, flexibility, and commitment is a major asset in this industry.
