My basic House Wash consist of only cleaning away topical dirt, molds, mildews and algae. This is done by gently applying quality detergents with low pressure and ONLY is high pressure applied when absolutely necessary. Only the amateurs are still blasting full strength pressure on these surfaces.

When using my low pressure method, cleaning solutions are gently applied to the siding and allowed to run downward. This method breaks the bond between the siding and topical dirt, molds, mildews and algae.

My cleaning tools are capable of cleaning a two story homes SAFELY from the GROUND without the need for ladders. This means without the worry of someone climbing around on wet ladders blasting with high pressure risking damage to themselves, and the things they are trying to clean.

These “weekend warriors” are only out to make a quick buck and rarely if ever do they use the proper methods, equipment or cleaning solutions to do the job right.
