Following in his father Edgar's footsteps, Don earned his Journeyman License in 1975, his Master Plumber's License in 1977, and his Master Medical Gas License in 2000.

As a second-generation leader, Don has played a vital role in growing Harrell Plumbing while staying true to the values it was founded on—hard work, integrity, and exceptional service.

Congratulations to Luke Sexton, recipient of the 2026 Edgar Harrell Memorial Excellence Award!

On June 11, Curtis Harrell proudly presented this award during the PHCC-SA Apprentice Academy Graduation Ceremony. The award honors the legacy of Edgar Harrell, whose 60 years of dedication, craftsmanship, and commitment to mentoring others left a lasting impact on the plumbing industry.

Harrell Plumbing is also honored to sponsor the Ed Harrell Memorial Scholarship, helping support apprentices as they pursue their education and careers in the trade.

This week, we're proud to spotlight Mark Galindo, a valued member of the Harrell Plumbing team since 2003. Mark started in the field working alongside our plumbers and, through years of hard work and dedication, worked his way up to Yard Foreman before becoming Service Manager in 2015.

Known for his leadership, experience, and unwavering commitment to our team and customers, Mark has become an important part of the Harrell Plumbing family. While he may not be a Harrell by name, he'll always be our honorary "Tío" and a cherished member of the family.
