-Minimum 3 years experience in a lead service plumber role
-Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
-Experience handling residential and/or commercial service calls
-Ability to work independently and lead jobs from start to finish
-Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
-Professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude
