Another self-storage facility officially open for tenants!

We're pleased to share the completion of our latest self-storage project! Covering 95,310 sq ft, this facility offers 500 storage units across three floors, as well as ambient drive-up units. Building from the ground up requires careful coordination and planning, and we’re extremely grateful to our team and partners for their support and dedication in bringing this vision to life.

Built from the ground up, this self-storage facility is officially open for business 🤝

We’re thrilled to share the completion of yet another self-storage facility. Spanning an impressive 100,237 sq ft, the building features 578 storage units across three floors, with a partial basement on the first level for added visibility from the adjacent street. From initial site work to the final walkthrough, we’re proud of our team for delivering another facility built to last.
