We got a call from a homeowner this week who had another company come out for a small job.
They ended up trying to sell her a $16,000 panel upgrade, telling her the house wasn’t safe for her family to stay in until it was replaced.

That didn’t sound right — so she called us for a second opinion.

We checked everything top to bottom… and guess what?
Both panels were perfectly fine. The “problem” they pointed out was just normal discoloration — nothing unsafe about it at all.

We didn’t make a sale that day. But we did earn her trust.
