We started with a complete tear-out of the old tile to give this home a fresh foundation. From there, we installed brand new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout — durable, clean, and built to last.
Upgraded the entire space with new baseboards for that sharp, finished look, and added motion-sensor lighting on the stairs for both safety and a modern touch.
To top it off, we built out custom base cabinets and installed sleek floating shelves in the niches — maximizing both style and functionality.
