Royalite custom skylights offer a full range of design options from basic acrylic domed skylights to the most energy-efficient insulated glass skylights. Custom extrusions have been developed to create a family of Royalite skylight systems to accommodate configurations from structural pyramids, double-hips, ridges, gables to various multi sided skylights to satisfy the most exotic of architectural concepts. These custom residential and commercial skylights are primarily located in the Northern California market. Royalite Sure Step aluminum roof access ladders, ships ladders and utility line bridges fabricated to your specifications, are shipped from our manufacturing facilities in California directly to construction sites or your selected destination in any of the fifty states, Canada or overseas. Royalite's patented "lift-up hand-rail" is available as a standard component on all hatch ladders and provides a unique safety feature that is exclusive to Royalite Sure Step ladders. We currently have a job opening- If anyone knows of a potential candidate please have them call me, We are looking for a skylight fabricator-The perfect candidate- a highly motivated individual with shop experience to fill a position in our fabrication department as a Skylight Fabricator.
Qualifications:
* Must be proficient in math and trigonometry skills.
* Experience with aluminum product fabrication.
* Able to read and understand shop drawings.
* Produce cut list and project glass sizes.
* Measure and cut dimensions accurately.
* Able to use hand and power tools for metal cutting, drilling and assembly.
* Complete all paperwork necessary to fabricate products.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
* Must be self-motivated, flexible and have good documentation skills.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
* Regular and predictable attendance.
* Safely perform tasks and adherence to all safely policies and procedures are essential functions of this job.
* A current forklift certification would be considered an asset.
Note:
* Potential candidates’ will be tested for math and drawing interpretation skills during the interview process.
Standard work week: Monday to Friday 7:30 am-4:00 pm
(OT as required to meet demand)
