We are looking for a person to handle each of the listed duties below. Candidate must be able to handle lifting moderately heavy boxes/items, transporting materials to/from jobsites/vendors and able to learn basic electrical terminology. Must have clean driving record and able to send copy of that prior to interview. Some experience with stocking/inventory control, organization and customer service is helpful.
• Restock and track van stock in each van daily or as needed
• Prep daily job ‘boxes’ for techs, to include all listed items on work orders, a copy of the work order and a double check with Customer Service to verify any changes/additions
• Monitor warehouse inventory, restocking needed items, ordering replacement items to keep stock current
• Parts runner to/from vendors/suppliers to SCE warehouse or jobsite, based on direction from Customer service and job schedule
• Track vehicle upkeep records/clean vans at least monthly
• Assist with office upkeep as needed-vacuum, trash, helping to maintain professional appearance
