Kirk, Scott and Mark not only are awesome managers but great people who motivate you daily, give you the tools, resources, and inspiration to exceed not only professionally but personally. Competitive wages! Healthy environment! A great company to be a part of anyone would be happy to be an addition to our team, I sure as heck am!

Kade made the experience from start to finish seamless. Mark and crew came out on a Sunday and started the dryout process. Everyday I would be updated and our house was left clean. Appreciate all the attention to detail.

"I was referred to Kade by my neighbor when I found out that I had a slab leak 2 months after moving into my new home. They came within an hour of the call and were efficient and had everything taken care of immediately. My slab leak turned into a plumbing job gone wrong and Turned into a 3 month nightmare for my family with insurance claims etc. If it wasn't for Mark Findley and Kevin Farrell from Kade I honestly don't know what I would have done. Mark has been there for me every step of the way and has spent countless hours of his time on the phone with me and coming out to the house with sub contractors to asses the damage in my home. Kevin has come several times as well including Halloween evening to tape up my children's wall as a courtesy and so they didn't have to look at giant holes in the middle of the night. I will always call
Kade for any needs in the future. Without Mark and Kevin this process would have been much more difficult for myself and my family and I can never repay them for going above and beyond to get my house back to normal." - Reviewed by Anna Marquez, via Google

Pros
Good job volume, good pay, management that doesn't jump down your throat or micromanage. If you know what you are doing as a tech, and are self-motivated, this is an ideal place to work. If you like being respected, this is the place for you. If you enjoy that certain camaraderie and humor with a crew on a CAT 3 as only someone in our industry can, then this is the place for you. We work hard and take our jobs seriously, but no one here is a tryhard or jerk.
