Recon Pest Control is a local family owned business based out of San Clemente. Recon was started in 2019 by Tyler Saunders the owner pictured in the top left. Recon is now in their 4th year of business and has a wonderful team of individuals that are pictured here. Out here in presidential heights doing a Bat Job. The customer has seen bats flying in and out of a hole in the side of their house under the secondstory Eve. The hole was in a awkward spot which allowed three different access points. The idea here is to close of the side access points with some screen and then put a one way door over the third one. The bats are using the attic for shelter but will leave at night to get their resources. We used a pant leg as the one way door. The bats will fly out the hole and down and out the pant leg but when they return they will not be able to fly back up the pant leg. Once all the bats have left we will remove the pant leg and seal up the last entry point. No bats are harmed in this process.

We got a call and this customer was certain there were rodents living in the house. Upon further inspection there was a rodents nest under the cabinets in the kitchen. If you look closely in the background of the picture below the rats tail you will see where we pulled out the bottom drawer to set a trap. This was the second rat we have caught in 3 days. The size of this one was picture worthy.
