Before and after pressure regulator install. 1inch main water piping to the house. Before pressure reducer valve, water pressure was at 110psi. Now, pressure is set to 75psi. Any water pressure above 85psi is considered too high and will cause leaks. Leaks can start as simple as just your toilet running to as major as shut off valves blowing off and flooding. I used a combination of new age propress fittings and original solder fittings. I only solder where I have to and propress everywhere else. By propressing, I eliminate the chance of a potential fire and the job can be done in half the time as soldering with a better manufacturer warranty. Unfortunately, propress cannot be done in every application due to space.

Before and after water heater installation. Water heaters were past there life span and were leaking inside the storage room. This was also causing rust color water to come out of faucets throughout the property. If you hear your water heater making a banging noise, or you run out of hot water faster than you should, then that is your sign that your water heater will be going out soon. Have it inspected by a licensed professional as soon as possible. Before it starts to leak and cause a flood with property damage.
