Installed a 4-ton heat pump with a new air handler. Adjusted and reworked all ductwork to fit the upgrade. Now running on R-32 refrigerant with enhanced safety features.

🔥❄️ Twin Furnace Swap Complete!

Replaced two furnaces with new twin setup, each sharing single evaporator coil and both controlled by a single thermostat using a twin kit for proper sync.

Modified ductwork, gas line, and line set to make everything fit and flow right. Clean install, smooth operation. 👌

🔧 Walk-In Freezer Defrost Issue Resolved ❄️

The defrost heater wasn’t energized. The defrost timer, DTFD, high-limit, heater elements, supply voltage, wiring, and terminals were all good.

After troubleshooting, we found a malfunctioning compressor interlock contactor. It was preventing the heaters from powering up.

Every detail matters when diagnosing. A solid defrost is crucial to optimal performance and equipment longevity.
