Thank you Josh! This side-yard project was a lot of fun.

Josh brought some great design ideas to the table, then we worked with him to dial in how everything would fit and flow on his property.

The result? An aesthetic walkway with lighting and pristine hardscape that doesn't chug water, and a multiuse turf area with putting green and premium artificial turf (installed right!).

Want more square footage out of your backyard? That's what we did here, and so much more!

The old retaining wall was giving up usable space, so we built a new one (twice as strong), pushed the yard out a couple of feet, and ran cable railing so nothing blocks the canyon view.

Then came new turf, a walkway with LED lighting in the same tile as the patio, and an outdoor shower with its own drain.

We also redid the fence, replaced a window with a bigger one, fixed and painted the stucco, and refreshed the landscaping out front and on the sides.

Check out this backyard refresh we just wrapped up in North San Diego.

The old tile patio had seen better days, so we broke it all out and replaced it with brand new Belgard pavers that hold up way better and look great against that view.

While we were at it, we swapped out the 20+ year old turf, touched up the stucco, and cleaned up the surrounding landscaping and hardscape so the whole outdoor space feels fresh again.
