"On Tuesday June 24, 2025 around 11pm at night we had a Plumbing disaster and nightmare that caused severe damage to our Master Bathroom and the Family Room below; from a minor leak of a compressed fitting that was compromised. We immediately called ServPro to mitigate the water damage and they arrived at our home around 2am in the morning. After 17 days of blowers to mitigate the Water Damage, Integrity Restoration, Inc. took over to restore our Family Room and Master Bathroom into useable condition. The damage was excessive, especially in our Master Bathroom that was completely destroyed.
I cannot emphasize enough as to how fantastic Integrity Restoration was for a project that would last for several months. They are by far the BEST RESTORATION and REMODELING company around. They are extremely professional, pro-active and all of their employees were the best; especially when this nightmare was so emotionally draining. To call out/shout out the names that I remember are Troy Rose (Project Manager), Cris Mages (Finance), Robert Smith, Zachary Ward, Heather Kirk (and Nancy) at the Main Office, Deryk Callahan, Juan Manuel Razo, and many others that I can’t remember; plus the 3rd parties contracted from Integrity Restoration, after demolition; to replace cabinets, tile, Marbel countertops, painting, electrical, drywall, carpeting, plumbing and so on. I cannot emphasize enough how great they were during an extremely stressful and nightmarish time. They are ABSOLUTELY the best."
