Excellent service, knowledge, and skill! Jeff and Abdullah came out to troubleshoot our back locks and did a terrific job in diagnosing, modifying, and reinforcing the previous installer’s errors. They were kind, courteous, and paid attention to details. They both take pride in their work.
I was so impressed I requested work with Grah again with the same team. Jeff came back and replaced our 109 year old door lock on our historic home. He was so conscientious about finding quality replicas to maintain the character of the door, and facilitated their timely purchase. His knowledge is extensive and he was very considerate about explaining what he was doing, what to expect, and ensuring I was comfortable with the outcome of his work.
I highly recommend Grah, and Jeff and Abdullah specifically. If I ever need a locksmith again, I will absolutely turn to them.

I had a really good experience with Grah Safe & Lock. They promptly sent a locksmith the day after I called. My locksmith Abdy was polite, communicative and efficient. He also gave me a recommendation to keep my door safer after a break in to my business which I am going to use. I recommend this business fully.

Jeff came out and installed locks on built-in desk drawers, a challenging job but he completed it flawlessly! Also made keys for a vintage credenza with a specialty lock that opens with a skeleton key, which I did not have. They were able to figure out the configuration and make me keys to operate the lock. Very impressed, I highly recommend Grah safe and lock!

The Grah tech replaced the mortise box on my front door. He was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything he did and how the lock worked, and cleaned the worksite when he finished. I highly recommend Grah Safe and Lock.
