In this living room, our clients had two young girls but did not want their design to revolve solely around that stage of life. So we created solutions that support their family without compromising the overall aesthetic. Closed storage below to keep everyday items tucked away, open shelving above for styling, performance fabrics that can handle daily use, and surfaces that are durable and easy to maintain.

There is something so special about a bathroom that feels like your own private retreat.

This space was designed to bring that spa like feeling home. A soaking tub surrounded by windows placed just high enough to let the light pour in while still protecting privacy. A generous walk in shower that feels both elevated and effortless. And a double vanity that adds warmth and richness against the softer finishes in the room.

Every detail was chosen to create a sense of calm, comfort, and quiet luxury. A place to start the day feeling grounded and end it feeling restored. We are so thrilled with how this one came together.

There is something undeniably appealing about a builder grade home. Everything feels new, clean, and move in ready, without the overwhelm that can come with older homes.

But let’s be honest, they can also feel a little… flat.

When we got our hands on this bathroom, the goal was to take that clean foundation and layer in warmth, personality, and intention. We introduced rich wood tones, elevated fixtures and finishes, and thoughtful details that set this space apart from the rest of the neighborhood. Custom window treatments helped soften the room and bring everything together.
