We compared several companies and found Craw space and attic pro to be the most professional and prompt. When Sean came in for the estimates, he wore protective ware and was very knowledgeable about how to handle our issues in the crawspace. On the contrary, another brand name company gave a glitzy sales pitch and gave us a very unreasonable quote. Sean’s team did a nice job in cleaning and insulating my crawspace. They also did a lot of follow ups and was very happy to come back and add extra fumigation to my other small crawspace. A great gem in this niche service category!

I chose Crawlspace & Attic Pro for a recent rat infestation job based on the Yelp reviews, and they were outstanding, totally lived up to the hype. First, Sean came over for a thorough inspection of two buildings on our property, finding all the places that the critters were getting in through. Once we reviewed the assessment and pictures, in addition to walking the property together, we got a very reasonable quote, signed up immediately and made an appointment for the work to be done.

Omar came with his craw they are employee (Crawlspace & Attic Pro only uses employees not sub-contractors) who was sent over, and he did excellent work. He arrived promptly, called and texted me 30 minutes before arrival, patiently waited when I was running late to meet him. We walked the property again, just so that he could confirm all the work we had agreed for them to do. He was here all day, and even found some additional holes and cracks. He replaced all the chewed-up mesh over our vents, spray foamed over cracks and holes, and disinfected and cleaned up a storage area that was full of rat p**p. When he was done he showed me pics of all the work in the attic, crawl spaces, and other areas. Fantastic job!!! Now we have peace of mind that are place will be rat-free. Would not hesitate to recommend to others, and use them again in the future.
