This one was about family.

These homeowners owned a small 1940s bungalow in Bay Park that had been part of their family for generations. The homeowner's father built the home by hand in 1949, and instead of letting that history fade, they wanted to give the home a new life.

Their goal was simple, but deeply personal: create a beautiful, functional home for their daughter, son-in-law, and three young grandchildren.

Together, we transformed the original 879-square-foot bungalow into a bright coastal family home with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a redesigned kitchen, new living spaces, and a second-story balcony with views.

But the real transformation was not just in the square footage.

It was in creating a home where the next generation could grow up, gather, and make memories of their own.
