John from Two Brothers plumbing San Diego was fantastic. He arrived on time for the job, and replaced both my and my neighbor's hot water heaters. We live in a condo building, both units were very old, and our neighbor's would've had to have been moved in order for ours to be replaced. So we had both done at the same time.
When I arrived home from work that night, I didn't have any hot water but my neighbor did. I called, and John came back out at 9pm and resolved the problem, so no complaints there! Very responsive.
The only downside, the receptionists/answering-service reps are not very well informed or helpful; they are very nice though.

I had some issues but they resolved it. It turned out that they had a new San Diego plumber and I was the first customer that he provided service for and there was a lot of misunderstandings. I sent an email to Two Brothers plumbers San Diego and they were excellent as far as handling it ans I ended up getting a refund of $138 . They made the necessary adjustments. He was charging e for the service call so I told him that I had bought many deals and I was never once charged for a service call and he called his manager and his manager said I was right so he deleted it. There were some other issues on top of that but they were good in resolving them. So I wrote a list of the events and the issues and they resolved it so that was excellent customer services. I ended up paying $341 because they sold me extra things. Before the service I got a call from the office asking what I wanted specifically to be done and I was very specific: a side faucet had to be fixed and there was some running water in my closet. When the San Diego plumber tech got here, he had a long sheet of what my service call was for but he said "Oh I understand that you wanted a complete plumbing inspection." So I said "Not really but if that's what's included in the deal then why not." The $139 was only for the fixing and I was charged for the fixture. But he did a lot of other things that I didn't ask for.
