Congratulations to our students for their hard work, persistence, and commitment throughout the year. It was a pleasure to see the culmination of months of research, design, and conversation presented and discussed with such an engaged group of guests and critics.

Twenty-nine projects investigating housing, urban systems, and public life in Tijuana Centro. Looking forward to sharing two quarters of work, ideas, and conversations with students, colleagues, and guests.

Nice surprise to see a couple of our projects featured at the AIA San Diego Pavilion at . Gratifying to see Eddie’s Tire Shop and the Chula Vista Garage ADU alongside the work of so many talented San Diego firms.

Completed ADU by Prismática Architects. San Diego, CA.
The existing garage becomes part of the dwelling unit.
The project works with what is already there, adding almost nothing to the facade, while reorganizing the interior into a complete living environment.
