Customer is selling his house and wanted the shower line moved and a new shower installed.. Dennis stopped by and spoke with him and looked at the job on Wednesday, the customer said he had open house on Saturday but didnt expect it to be done and was fine with it not being done that quick.. well yesterday he was able to show off a brand new shower at his open house! Dennis got the shower line moved and put in the new shower and dusty came in first thing Saturday morning and got the dry wall done around the shower before it was time for open house! Customer was beyond happy.. good job guys! -Julia

Yesterday we were able to finish up a job for a lady who was having some bad luck with contractors. She had a leak in her home and had the dry wall replaced and then unfortunately the contractor never showed up to finish the mudding and texturing. She was amazed that we showed up the other day to take a look and give her an estimate and even more amazed that we showed up to actually do the job. I'm really surprised at the amount of people I've heard this same story from. Contractors not showing up for estimates, starting the job and then never coming back etc. Its unfortunate that people have to deal with that! I'm glad we were able to help her out and get the job done! Once they put on the paint (homeowner wanted to paint themselves) it will look as good as new!

Yesterday the framing got done on the patio and today they worked on the roof. They used torch down roofing material which is usually used on flat roofs such as this one. Torch down roofing can last up to 20 years but can also be a dangerous process and because of that it costs more than traditional roofing materials. When it is done we will post some pictures of the finished roof! -Julia Connor
