Compensation is based on skill level 75k-95k yearly
We are a well-established and continually expanding construction company specializing in reconstruction and repair of existing structures. We are seeking a hard-working individual with experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry to serve as Superintendent to several construction projects in San Diego and various locations throughout the County.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Coordinate construction services and activities
• Interview new hires and assign labor for each project
• Maintain a daily job site log
• Maintain construction schedules .
• Meet with building managers and tenants to discuss repair and restoration services.
• Create change order job estimates for labor, supplies, materials and other ancillary costs.
Minimum 5 years supervisory experience
Bilingual Spanish/English Mandatory
