The vision is coming to life- one render at a time!

I’m excited to share a new look at our upcoming 15-home community in Escondido, CA. We’re just weeks away from pouring foundations for the first five homes, each thoughtfully designed at over 3,000 sq ft with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths.

Seeing the design evolve like this is surreal. This project began with my dad’s dream, and now I’m honored to carry it forward as the GC. It’s more than construction, it’s legacy, heart, and home.

Breaking ground on something very special in Escondido, CA!
This 15-home community is coming to life in three stages and we’re just about a month away to pour foundations for the first five homes. Each one will be over 3,000 sq ft with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths designed for comfort, function, and California living.

This project means the world to me. It was my father’s before he passed, and I went from helping him to becoming the GC. Every step forward feels like continuing his legacy.
