DIY can end up costing more than doing it right the first time.
This toilet was leaking, and when we removed it, the entire floor fl**ge came off. It had been secured with screws and excessive sealant instead of being properly repaired or replaced. What looked like a simple fix turned into a bigger plumbing issue that could have caused hidden water damage and costly repairs.
A toilet fl**ge is the foundation of the toilet installation. If it’s loose, broken, or improperly installed, no amount of wax rings or caulking will solve the problem for long.
Sometimes DIY works, but when it comes to plumbing, doing it right means protecting your home, preventing future leaks, and saving money in the long run.
Quality repairs aren’t an expense—they’re an investment in your home’s safety and peace of mind. 🔧🚽
