before and after of a kitchen in Bernal Heights, San Francisco. We changed the layout to improve workflow and access. The sink and dishwasher changed to the other side of the galley. The bar is now at counter height. Plenty of counter space on either side of the stove. Of course we upgraded the lighting. Cement floor tiles and arabesque ceramic tile for the backsplash.

Some before and after of a tiny bathroom renovation in San Francisco. The old space is poorly lit, and poorly ventilated. We updated the lighting, changed the color scheme, added some custom components, and made a world of difference.

This one was fun! 1930 Sunset District home. Outdated and ready for a revamp. We added the soffit and recessed lighting along with accent lighting in the skylight. All new Kohler fixtures, Schluter warm floor, plus a *custom* deep-inset medicine cabinet with barn door hardware for the custom mirror, with LiLi cement tiles for that special pop.

Before and after of a tiny bathroom in a San Francisco Victorian. Lighting was poor. Natural stone had begun to deteriorate from excess moisture. We gutted the space, updated electrical and plumbing. New shower pan and tile. New fixtures. Custom wall and vanity cabinets. Such an incredible difference.
