Price Pfister Shower Leak FIXED! (Stems & Seats) We were called out after a customer noticed a constant water drip coming from their shower faucet (tub spout). After diagnosing the issue, we found that the Price Pfister shower stems and the seats in the back of the shower valve on both the hot and cold side had failed.

Today we replaced a Valley shower cartridge, removed the failed cartridge, and installed a new one with fresh springs and gaskets to stop a constant drip from the tub spout. Simple repair, big win 💧 less water wasted and no more annoying drip.

😅 Bathroom Sink P Trap Surprise Fixed the Right Way.

Bathroom sink leaking or clogged? 🚰 We went to replace a simple P trap under a customer’s bathroom sink when things took a turn. As soon as we pulled on the old trap, the entire 45 fitting came right off the wall pipe! At first, it looked like a major plumbing problem but it turns out the previous plumber never glued the fitting in place.

🚱 Broken Angle Stop? Here’s the Fix!

The water department contacted this homeowner about unusually high water usage They suspected a leak, so we came out to investigate. We found a running toilet and let the customer know. They said they would handle that repair themselves, but also asked us to shut off the water to the toilet. That’s when we discovered the real problem the handle on the angle stop was broken, meaning there was no way to shut off water to just the toilet in an emergency.

We replaced the old angle stop to there toilet with a new one Now the homeowner can safely shut off the water when needed and avoid a whole house shutdown in the future.

💡 Pro Tip: Test the shut off valves (angle stops) under your toilets and sinks every so often. If the handle is stiff, stuck, or broken, replace it before an emergency happens it can save you from flooding and costly water damage.
