👋 Meet the Team: Leon Cavallo, Project Manager

Leon joined the Paradigm Mechanical team in June, bringing 17 years of construction industry experience across private, state, K-12, and military projects.

With experience from both the owner’s representative and general contractor sides, Leon brings a strong understanding of project scope, logistics, scheduling, and trade coordination. He enjoys tackling challenges, staying ahead of potential risks, and ultimately seeing a project come together successfully.

Outside of work, you’ll find Leon mountain biking, hiking with his wife and dogs, catching a movie, or supporting local pet charities.

We’re excited to have Leon on the Paradigm team!

Our team is making steady progress on the construction of a new dump station. From unloading precast components to setting structures and backfilling, every phase is completed with safety, precision, and quality in mind.

Looking back at one of our early healthcare projects, where the Paradigm team completed a rooftop HVAC system installation featuring a custom air handling unit, ductwork, piping, and mechanical equipment.
