Kitchen remodel project
Phase one:
Written proposal with written specifications, labor and Materials subcontractors in place with written specks line Itemized for easy for customer to make adjustments for tracking budget cost and to avoid as many change order requests as possible.
Signed contract agreement alongside with professional insurance policy coverages
Phase 2
Pre ordered all new windows, new cabinets, and plumbing and lighting finish fixtures and any special fixtures to keep project on a smooth schedule
Phase 3
Go through schedule of events with customers.
Set up dust control plastic tenting. Once debris and hauling is set up and demolition has started.
Removed existing Cabinets, wall covering removed, Old windows removed and new openings framed in. plumbing drain and water supplies upgraded to copper and moved to new sink location, electrical circuits added and new electrical pre wire and low voltage cat 6 pre wire added as a upgrade to meet today’s standards of technology.

Now the real fun begins.
