Exit signs are a common sight for good reason! They point occupants toward an exit and designate exit ways from other paths of travel. The two pictures attached here show both kinds of signs.

Most importantly, these exit signs and other emergency light fixtures are run on dedicated circuits that illuminate spaces even in the event of power outages, ensuring building occupants can exit along established paths of egress. It never hurts to do a quick check of your space to see if your exit signs can lead someone out of the building!

Laying down tile is one of our favorite moments on a jobsite. The project goes from a rough floor to a beautiful finish surface, bringing the floor up to the ceiling & walls' level of completion.

The photos here show the process starting with waterproofing the cracks, then waterproofing the entire floor and finally laying tile. It never gets old!

These offices are rocking & rolling! While building a wall sounds simple, the details are essential. In addition to the specific architectural and structural details for each member's attachment point, the spacing between each metal stud enables other elements like ductwork to fit with little margin for error. And, of course, it all must be level. There's just no substitute for straight, tall walls. Great work, team!

We install thousands of square feet of Exterior and Interior glass systems yearly!

The proper name for the intricate, aluminum system holding the glass in place is called Aluminum Mullions/Rails, depending on whether the member runs vertically or horizontally respectively. The system is designed uniquely for each project and is built to be structurally sound and waterproof! The Glass that is installed is a two-piece, nitrogen-filled and tinted with a reflective surface to meet California's stringent title 24 codes for energy efficiency. We also use exterior systems on the interior for noise absorption as well. Lastly, during installation, every joint is sealed in layers to ensure the system functions as designed & required.

Next time you see a glass system, you will know more about this project within a project!
