🏗️ Building It Right From the Ground Up

Our crew has been hard at work on a new construction project in Los Gatos! Before the subfloor even goes down, we get in there and run the HVAC ductwork and insulation between the floor joists — working right alongside the plumbing and electrical crews.

Getting this stage right sets the foundation (literally!) for an efficient, comfortable home for years to come. It's one of our favorite parts of the job — being part of a build from day one.
