DAI General Contracting is excited to announce another new project, U-Haul Storage in Temecula, CA!

Coming in at 118,467 square feet, this project is officially underway. Our team is looking forward to working alongside all of the partners and trades involved to bring another quality self-storage facility to life.

The finish line is coming into view at Alhambra Storage.

With the roof complete and the exterior masonry nearly finished, our team is focused on the final details that bring the project together. Exterior finishes are progressing, scaffolding is coming down, and each day marks another step toward delivering a high-quality facility our client can be proud of.

It's always exciting to reach this stage of construction. After months of planning, coordination, and hard work from every trade partner, you can really see the vision taking shape. The attention now shifts to the finishing touches that transform a construction site into a complete self-storage facility.

Dave joins us with over 20 years of experience, dedicated almost exclusively to development in this product type. Trained as an architect, contractor and highly experienced as a developer representative, Dave has managed the development of dozens of facilities from inception to certificate of occupancy nationwide and understands the intricacies of this industry from every angle.
