Now’s a great time to adjust your irrigation controller for the season. Cutting back run times helps avoid overwatering, supports stronger roots, and keeps your landscape water-smart all winter long.

Quick tip:
✅ Reduce watering days and shorten run times
✅ Check for soggy spots or runoff
✅ If your controller has a “seasonal adjust” feature, use it for an easy update.

Previous Landscape experience preferred but not required.
Perform duties such as: mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, blowing, planting, hand watering and removal of landscape debris utilizing trained company techniques.
Work well with others in a team environment and be helpful and courteous to customers.
Assist with the loading and unloading of power equipment, tools, materials, and garden debris daily from company vehicles.
Must physically be able to work in the year-around outdoor environment performing manual labor.

Crew Leader & Landscape Laborer - CLEAN CA DRIVERS LICENSE REQUIRED

We’re a full-service landscape provider specializing in landscape services and maintenance. We currently have an opening for a Crew Leader and a Laborer. This position starts the day in the morning in Stockton to complete the daily scheduled jobs on that route, all traveling will be completed in our company truck with the Crew Leader driving. Our job sites are located in the Stockton, Modesto, Merced and other surrounding areas.

JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS

Crew Leader: $16 - $18 per hour
Must be able to oversee a route that services landscape maintenance jobs, complete same task as laborer, deliver on-point customer solutions and work with management to meet company standards.

Must have a background in Landscaping with previous Crew Leader experience
CA Driver’s License Required
Ability to execute instructions, work well independently and as a team leader.
Act as the primary point of contact on a job site as well as with operational crews.
Must have excellent communication
Must physically be able to work in the year-round outdoor environment performing manual labor.

After 90-day probation you'll get uniforms with paid holidays, (3) sick days and after 6 months you start to accrue vacation.
