Plastic bags and recycling don't mix!

Plastic bags belong in the trash, not the recycling bin. They can get tangled in recycling equipment and cause costly delays. When in doubt, check Recycle Coach before you throw it out.

It takes a whole crew to keep things running at Oro Loma. When it comes to emergency preparedness, we don't play around. Every year, we conduct a full training exercise to test our generator and bypass pump so we're ready for anything. Across Collections, Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering, everyone shows up and puts in the work to keep the plant operating no matter what.

📣 Oro Loma Sanitary District Continues Districting Process
The Oro Loma Sanitary District is transitioning from at-large elections to district-based elections for its Board of Directors. This process will create voting districts used solely for Board elections. These changes will not affect your services.
We invite you to attend the District's next public hearing!

All of this is to say that our wastewater treatment involves a surprising amount of science, math, and staring contests.
