From a small team to this. Over the last 12 years, Purlieu has grown into an incredible team of designers, project leaders, foremen, craftsmen, landscape management, and the people behind the scenes who make it all happen.

Grateful for everyone who has been part of the journey and excited for what’s ahead.

It started with a shared love for design, construction, and the outdoors 🌿 Purlieu founders, Taylor Boyle and Michael Vogt, first met while studying architecture in San Luis Obispo. Their friendship and shared passion eventually led them to landscape architecture and the start of Purlieu!

Since 2014, Purlieu has continued to grow across the Central Coast, rooted in thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and landscapes made to be lived in.
