Our garden beds at Opolo Vineyards exploded with our summer veggies, leading to a great pesto dish on their menu and more to come.
Over the next month, we will be constructing a large scale design we have been working on with them for almost 2 years featuring food forests, large entertainment areas with seating, a larger veggie bed area, herb spirals, and so much more.

Niner Wine Estates got an update in their veggie garden!
It is that time of year where we transition from our winter veggie garden beds to our summer veggie beds! Pull out the cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, and a lot of your bolted greens (while leaving some to collect seeds). Cut your kales, chard, and arugula, some herbs, and greens down and generally tidy up your beds, then start planting your summer veggie starts and seeds!
