Taboo. Pre-construction
Who wants to renovate a home with a clear understanding of the cost and schedule? A builder with great communication and transparency is paramount for this process.
Our model is built for open COLLABORATION, with us driving excellent communication and to advocate quality, price and schedule. All three are critical to set up a project for success and we need time to do that.
The cost for such pre-construction services? Lets take a step forward for a moment, when we start construction with the answers, we eliminate last minute ordering, the increased construction budget request and the ''o-sh**t'' onsite moments, because we have been allowed the time prior to construction. This means we are renovating more efficiently, in-turn leads to cost & time savings. AND an enjoyable collaborative building approach to executing such fine design!
During it all, as a team we can make educated decisions on what makes sense and what doesn't. Period.
Working through our pre-construction process on this ADU with has allowed us (and the clients) to make the best possible decisions on how to build, when to build and the cost to build this spectacular space.
