A and R Plumbing, Inc. A and R Plumbing, Inc. is a family owned and operated business located in Sand City.

We have been serving the Monterey Peninsula since 1974 when good friends Greg Aeschliman and Kelly Roper decided to go into business together. With the help of their wives, Robin Aeschliman and Kathy Roper, they built a business to support their families. Greg and Kelly have both passed, but Kelly's kids and grandkids are running the business now with a good team of long time employees behind them.
