A small leak for any length of time can cause serious damage. A plumber made the repair to the leaking pipe but the homeowner was unaware there was mold, mildew and rotting wood just beneath the paint and drywall. Most people don’t notice the telltale signs around their baseboards and trim. If you see warping or discoloring of paint or wood please call the professionals before it’s too late to save the framing. This repair was way less than $1000 but it could’ve been much worse if the homeowner hadn’t noticed when she did.

We installed some shelves for display and built in shelves for overstock in the storeroom of Westside Wellness today. It was a bit of a rush job for us and a long day but, the client is well pleased and has already scheduled us for more work. Carpentry is passion!!!

If you have had a leak, PLEASE READ!!!Plumbers do not dry the walls they only fix the leak. Drywall and insulation as well other building materials can hold moisture inside walls for several days or weeks leading to mildew/mold and foul odors. If not removed or treated this can lead to serious issues for your health and the building itself. If you think you have wet wall cavities or spaces under cabinets that are wet, we can dry them with minimal if any visible repairs necessary. It will definitely save you money and stress in the long run. Serious mold remediation can take several weeks, leaving people living out of hotels or in half of their homes, while they wait for costly repairs done by overpriced contractors who never actually do the work themselves. Save yourself a headache and please let us help you.
