1200 feet of in floor radiant heat for our new shop!  This system will be run by Laars FT Series Propane Combi boiler to give us an endless supply of heat and domestic hot water. We’re looking forward to having the concrete poured soon. 30x40 with a 12x40 car-port!

Not many people are thinking of their heating system during these warm temps, but being pro-active before heating season is just what this customer was doing! We replaced his 20 year old system with a new high-efficiency wall hung unit. This will provide them with a reliable, fuel-saving system, while saving some space at the same time. Today we worked along side Budco Enterprises to replace a sewer line from the tank to the home. After video inspection, it was confirmed the cast iron had failed at a fitting and needed to be replaced. The existing line ran under the deck, so we re-routed the new line around the deck and cored a new hole through the foundation with a new sleeve . The guys at Budco are a dream to work with always making things runs smooth. Another happy customer!
